Our Company

Powers, Smith & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1983 by Richard D. Powers (non-practicing). Diane M. Smith joined the company in 1992, became a partner in 2004 and subsequently purchased the company in 2008.

With over 40 years of combined experience in real estate appraising, Powers, Smith & Associates appraisers have extensive experience in Southwestern New Hampshire and Southeastern Vermont.

Diane M. Smith, Certified General Appraiser in the States of New Hampshire and Vermont is the President of Powers, Smith & Associates. She has been with the firm since 1992.
